Dr. Eddington comes off as very arrogant and has poor bedside manner. My daughter wanted contacts. The staff wanted to teach her without a parent present, which looking back we should have objected to. My daughter felt intimidated, nervous and struggled. Dr. Eddington was impatient and brought her to an exam room without a parent present and tried to force contacts in. My daughter was scared and left in tears, traumatized and without contacts.
