We had an emergency sewage backup in our laundry room, and after many years we had never had our septic system pumped. Timothy answered my call, was very kind and calming, and scheduled plumbing service for the next day. The plumbers arrived a little later than expected because of a longer job before ours, but they kept everything on track and handled the situation very well. After we bought our new home, we realized the standard builder sink was not very practical, and some of the push valves were not dependable either.
