I called Eddie's Plumbing after a frozen pipe burst during several days of single-digit weather in Englewood. Other places were too busy to really hear out my plumbing issue, but Timothy listened carefully when I explained everything late in the afternoon and had plumbers out that evening. Asher came out and took care of all my concerns, especially after a previous plumber did a poor drain cleaning job. He snaked and rooted every drain from the front of the house to the back with the proper wide cutting head and cleared out a lot of buildup along with baby wipes that should not have been flushed. Jonah and Samuel and their crew were excellent. They installed a sump pump overflow on the discharge line outside and tied it into the drainage pipe buried in our yard. Before starting, they took time to inspect the plumbing work carefully and also spoke with us on the phone to go over the plan, which helped us feel informed and comfortable.
