Eddie's Plumbing was sent through our insurance when our sink drain was badly clogged and not draining at all. Asher and Erick came out the next day, inspected the line, worked through several methods, and stayed with the job until they fully cleared the blockage. They were very polite, professional, and easy to talk with, and they explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated the fast response, clear communication, and their effort to find the real cause of the drain problem instead... read more

About eleven years ago, we had a water heater fail and needed a replacement. More recently, I saw water leaking from underneath our 75-gallon unit in the laundry room inside the house, so I knew we needed help quickly to avoid any water damage. We could not have asked for better plumbing service. Our water heater started leaking one evening, so I called after hours and left a message. To my surprise, they returned the call within about 30 minutes and quickly got the details on the unit. After I shared the make and model, they scheduled the work fast and had a new water heater installed by the next day. The whole plumbing repair process was smooth, professional, and well organized. The plumber was careful, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installatio... read more

This was a real review, and I can honestly say this plumbing team deserves more than 5 stars. They recently completed a large sewer line job at my home in Englewood, and the whole project was handled with great care and excellent workmanship. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the job was smooth and far less stressful than I expected. Even when a few challenges came up during the sewer work, everything was worked through in a professional and friendly way, and the plumbers kept me informed at every step. In particu... read more
