Went to this place with an appointment that I scheduled online. Got a confirmation via email about my appointment. When I arrived I was told that they didn’t serve Santa Ana Cemetery- they said it was “personal” and that they don’t service that one in general. I drove from Santa Ana to this place just to get told that. I was told that I could’ve inputted where did I wanted to get serviced to and I told them that I didn’t think that it would be necessary because online they don’t ask that.
