My food was very dry did not enjoy it at all I ordered donair poutine barley any gravy and sweet sauce basically no sauce at all

I live close by and easy to get to so I don’t mind the mid tier food. I called and placed and order in advance. The man who took my order was so rude over the phone. Worst part. I get here to pick up my food and they gave my order the person in front of me. So not only did they get the wrong food now I’m sitting waiting for my order to be made again all while they charge me $0.25 for a bag and ask me for a tip. To top it off my food was cold. Cheers to everyone don’t come here.
The donairs are decent but I ordered a bunch of fried food and it was shit to be honest. And the poutine was completely cold. Also packaged wrong because all the gravy spilled out the front of the packaging.
We eat here all the time. Today didnt end for us till 9:30pm. Called to place an order and they we're super good about it. We've tried all sorts there but their wings are my favorite.
