Rip off , I bought new blinds for my new home I was under the impression it was life time warranty, when they broke a year later the service man said they did not have the part,. Every cord on all my raise up shades has broken apart, and we have to replace them all, we paid two thousand dollars for them at the time , never again, don’t be fooled
Poor Service and follow Through at this location. The installer came and had to rehang the Patio Blind and could not get it to work right. The saying if you are not satisfy we will be happy to replace the Blind for something that will be right for the window. Well I asked for a retractable blind in replacement of a manual blind because of furniture that is sitting near the Window.
