During a birthday celebration with 8 friends last night smoke alarm deployed at Eddie V's and continued very loudly approximately 30 minutes. Finally stopped but started again and was still ringing loudly when we left. Management never made public announcement nor offered any accommodation. Very disappointed. This was one of my favorite restaurants but customer service was lacking last night.
