My husband and I celebrated our 11th Anniversary at Eddie V's last night. It was our first time at this amazing restaurant and we really enjoyed it. My husband loves seafood, he had the scallops and loved the meal. I'm vegan so I had the Miso Marinated Tofu and I ate every bite. The preparation and taste was incredible, the chef also prepared the sweet corn side dish with olive oil instead of butter, my request, and it was delicious.
