Eddie was very pro active throughout the whole process of selling our house. We had a great experience working with him as he kept updating us with what we need to accomplish in submitting our documents. We never encountered any issues nor misunderstanding of the whole process. He took care of us and made sure we are happy with his service. Coming from out of the area, we called Eddie again because he was exceptional the last time we used him to buy a residence downtown San Diego. This time, we were moving our permanent residence from northern California and we needed to find the perfect new home. Eddie communicated with us daily, many times more than once, went above and beyond until we found our place. I was new to home buying, but he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and went out of his way to make sure any of my concerns is properly addressed .
