Both Eddie and MJ are awesome! Not only did they help me buy my first home but they also helped me find a broker who got me an amazing rate. They made the process incredibly easy and painless. They were available for me 24/7 which is why I also used them to rent my property on multiple occasions. They did the listing and handled applications for me and on all occasions were able to get a tenant in the apartment within two weeks. I highly recomen Eddie Perez Group. They have a great team and are awesome to work with!
