they know what they are doing When the office wanted to do something special for clients in the area and out , we called EDD. Boy were we glad we did , the staff at found unique ways to express our graitude to those clients . The staff went out of there way to make sure even the bouquet that went to Oshgosh was special ...We can not say enough about EDD the florist and there staff . If you need a creative and fun florist in Ottumwa area look no further. PROS: creative, knowledgable ,and fun to work with CONS: none

Variable quality Though I live in another state, my mom still lives in Ottumwa and I have used Edd for sending her flowers and plants. Usually I have no problems, but the last one I sent her died within days. And this was a plant that was supposedly good for growing outside. It didn't even last long enough to be transplanted. I must say that when I complained, they did replace the plant. However, this should not have been necessary.

Edd The Florist is Hands down the best florist in Southeast Iowa! I have used Edd the Florist for years and will continute to do so! They have the best and longest lasting floral arrangements I've purchased. I will recomment them to anyone I can. I call them with a request and my budget and I am completely satisified every time. Kudos to the entire staff for all their help and knowledge!

Ed the Florist- Uncaring & rude When my grandfather died my cousins and I decided to purchase a small bouquet of tiny roses to put in his casket to go along with another item. We ordered them from Ed the Florist because we figured they would be the best. Boy were we wrong! The day of the funeral one of my cousins went to pick up our tiny rose bouquet. Very Unprofessional service Very disappointed in there service. I ordered flowers for my elderly parents , but called the night before to cancel. I wanted to send them at a later date. As they were going to be gone. But it was delivered the date I told them not to. So the flowers went to waste.So they never got to enjoy them.

My sister called them her Martha Stewart arrangement I always try to call locally to order flowers to avoid network charges (like FTD). I am especially happy that I found Edd the Florist. I can order online and the flowers always arrive on time. Once, my sister was on vacation and wasn't home when they attemped to deliver. They remade the arrangement 10 days later and did not charge me extra. My sister loved the last arrangement so much she took tons of pictures and sent them to me. PROS: Extra service CONS: none
