Erik did an amazing job on our inspection. He checked things we had not thought about and saved us money in the long term. Thanks again Erik.
Erik inspected our home before purchase and found a few issues we hadn't discovered. We were able to use his recommendations to get the sellers to agree to several repairs. His report was thorough, and we especially found his video tour of the home's roof to be helpful (it's an old roof which will need to be replaced, and now we know exactly why). In addition to the inspection, Erik took the time to walk us through our pool system since this is our first home with a pool.
