After bringing it to a recall, they tightened the engine oil drain plug with bad intentions because I don't do my services at a dealer. They are garbage.
I dropped off my truck for a diagnostic appointment, and it’s been sitting there untouched for two days. No one has even started working on it, and despite multiple calls, no one answers or returns my messages. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money.

Scam! Brought my truck in for a recall. Took almost 2 weeks and get it back with a broken ac tell me it was broken when it came in. Never again
