These guys are a bunch of charlatans. Like some of the other reviewers, we drove a long way to arrive to a price much higher than listed for one of their vehicles someone else has traded in. Every time we negotiated down, they found some new charge or fee that needed to be added back. Even after we agreed to a price, they kept me, my husband, and my two small children waiting for HOURS. Then, when it was finally time to sign paperwork, there were yet more fees or unaccounted for expenses. We were ready to walk out and asked ... read more

NEVER DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS! I thought getting tires and one wheel would be easy, it took them from Thursday till Monday afternoon to tell me they did not have the wheel and wanted to charge me 600.00 for one wheel! They said a used one was not available. NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. It took 15 phone calls 11 messages and a call to the GM to get a straight answer. I had my car towed from them.

Business response:

Hi Sybil, we're sorry you had this experience and we understand your frustration. We want you to know we are working on making strong changes to our service department and we look forward to seeing those improvements soon. In the meantime, if you'd like to tell us more about how we can improve, please email us at jelliott@edvoyles.com. We hope to have the chance to serve you again in the future.

Warning- very few Kia associates wearing masks and almost no clients in the waiting area wearing masks! Kia employees casually strolling through the customer waiting area without masks, restocking water, etc. I spoke with the manager and he was extremely nonchalant and basically said he couldn’t do anything. I definitely will Not be returning nor will I purchase a new car from them!

Business response:

Hi Diane, we're very sorry you didn't have a good experience with us! Safety is our top priority at Ed Voyles, and we will most definitely pass along your feedback to the team. Please feel free to email us at jelliott@edvoyles.com if you have any further concerns. Stay safe and have a great day!

My recommendation to them: honor agreements. Signed an agreement with a SELLING price. When the car arrived they would not honor it; it was $600 more. Their attitude - take it or leave it. Their doc fee is also outrageous. Their communication leading up to the delivery was poor; the manager that the sales person referred me to for the compaint was completely unhelpful. If you're selling a "hot" car, you can treat customers with disdain, I guess. Kia is just now making a name for themselves... they're going to have a hard tim... read more

Business response:

Hi Bill, we're so sorry your car-buying experience didn't go as smoothly as we would have hoped. This is not the type of experience we want our customers to have. Would you mind sharing the name of the manager you spoke with so we can look into this?

The employees walk around the waiting area without masks laughing and shouting across the room to one another. Employees approach you with masks not on their faces (what’s the point?!) to speak to you. Wait times are not accurately disclosed. I was charged for a service I didn’t not ask for or approve. They forgot to give me my wheel lock key so I had to return the next day to retrieve it. When I returned, I had to wait outside because no one inside had a mask on. The man outside is friendly enough but I was so annoyed with ... read more

You have had my car for three weeks. You told me it would be ready on the 25th of August. No call or update then. I sent a text last Friday morning, no response. I called in the evening and you said the wrong part was ordered and it would be ready on Saturday. Now it's Tuesday and I haven't heard a thing. I texted you yesterday and called you today - no response. How can you run a business like this? At least call me back and give me an update! I'm regretting ever buying a Kia because of the interaction with you service depa... read more

Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee Ignoring Mask Mandate. There is a mask mandate in Chamblee Georgia and none of the sales people and most of the service people were not wearing a mask, including the managers. When I brought it up and asked them if they new about it they said yes and then ignored me. The service manager said the CDC says they don’t have to. I feel unsafe in that building and am standing outside for the next hour for my service. I deeply regret my decision to buy a Kia at this location and will tell everyone all abou... read more
