These guys are a bunch of charlatans. Like some of the other reviewers, we drove a long way to arrive to a price much higher than listed for one of their vehicles someone else has traded in. Every time we negotiated down, they found some new charge or fee that needed to be added back. Even after we agreed to a price, they kept me, my husband, and my two small children waiting for HOURS.
