Scheduled Jeep Wrangler Diesel for oil change service appointment for an 8am Saturday slot. Vehicle clearly chosen as the exact diesel model when scheduling days in advance. Arrive on time on Saturday morning to be told they don’t service diesel vehicles here that’s at “the truck center up the way” which is not open. Waste of time with no results.
Disappointing is an understatement. Our family has been a customer/patron of this dealership and service department since 2017. I most recently made a an appointment for a software update and was told things would be handled in the same day. Not only was I turned away from the appointment that I made, but I was also told that I would be required to leave my car for multiple days and they do not provide loaner vehicles so I would be without a car for that amount of time. Ed Voyles CDJR of Marietta provided outstanding service. My Jeep had a loose fender, and the team made the entire process quick and hassle-free. They identified the issue, found the part, and had everything fixed in about 30 minutes. Friendly, professional service and excellent attention to detail. Highly recommend!!! Shout out to Ryan and Michelle for being excellent.
The service center is extremely slow to get anything done but they are at least communicative.
