The service center is extremely slow to get anything done but they are at least communicative.

I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude edition that had some minor problems: headlights didn’t work, error messages about start/stop and stability control system not working, AC failing. I had purchased the Mopar Extended warranty for $350/month and thought it would be good to get these issues taken care of. When I got there, the service tech told me it would require 3 diagnostic tests at $220 each not covered by warranty unless the repairs were covered by warranty.
