I had reservations regarding my purchase of a 2021 Jeep Rubicon due to the loud sound coming from the engine. I was assured that it was just the turbo charger making the noise and that the engine was fine. Fast forward one year and we have an engine repair. Glad it went out of business.

the definition of a sub-standard dealership. the owner(s) are the most contemptible individuals I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. hence, why they hired ill-mannered employees (especially those in the front desk of service) - I don't personally know the individuals that work on the actual cars, but they are some of the most hapless, amateur, third-rate mechanics around. it's a shame since it's in a central location - but I would rather drive hours to any other dealerships to service my jeep than avon lake CDJR.
