Our experience with ED Paint Shop and Millwork Sales, Inc. has been extremely disappointing and concerning. In February 2026, we entered into an agreement for a custom door and paid a 50% deposit as requested. Since that time, communication has largely ceased. Review for Efrain: A Nightmare Experience I deeply regret hiring Efrain for my $40,000 project. Terrible experience. We paid him in APRIL for two closets and one media cabinet. It is almost october and nothing! Every week I have to chase him and call him non stop to get another lie. Not only they lie all the time about the installation day, but they’re also very disrespectful. A headache to work with them.
