Our service rep Brian was great. We told him our budget and he stayed within our budget. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything to us throughout the process. After we purchased our vehicle he went outside and went over all the features of the vehicle and made sure we understood how everything worked. We would buy again from Lakeland Mazda.
Vincent from Finance was amazing and facilitated great and smooth signing process. Robert Maxwell, was absolutely phenomenal and by far made this the easiest, smoothest, and most comfortable car purchasing experience I’ve encountered ever. Don’t change how you guys do things here. I will tell you I was going to buy the 2026 CX-5 in Miami at Ocean Mazda and the sales rep was a good kid but the pitbulls working in financing killed the deal beacause of their attitude…BTW I only pay Cash. Going to Lakeland Mazda was the best decision. Robert treated us with respect and was very professional. Offered us many options and sold us a brand new 2026 CX-5 with a lot of incentives.
