I don’t want to write this review, but I am so disappointed in the service side of Mazda in whole. I created a 1 star review in the past and deleted it. Last time I took the fault of not reporting my freyed seats within the first year, that’s on me. This time I did my research found a tsb as-001/24 for a rattling sunroof that is a known issue, and again Lakeland Mazda denied the warranty claim. A minor recall (on something that would probable never happen) so brought it in and they had it fixed within an hour. The waiting lounge in comfortable, the people there are very friendly and they got the work done quickly. Always a pleasant experience.
