Disgusted by the service received from a “Authorized Dealership Body Shop”. Go elsewhere
DO NOT COME HERE!!! What a miserable experience here after really trying to be patient with them. Had to bring my vehicle in twice for a very cut and dry repair. Was told they’d use new parts, they ended up not ordering any new parts and just sanded and painted my bumper. Not to mention the body shop agent handling my claim quit mid process so I had to follow up countless times to get answers.
