Alisha was filling in for Brian because he had an emergency and she jumped right in and helped us at the end of the day and was awesome, she stayed late to finish up with us and we really appreciated everything she did. Loved the experience.
I bought a warranty that is useless. Two times I have brought my truck in and two times I have had to spend a ton of money. I really just want to cancel the warranty and get my money back for it. I called the holding company, and they said the first claim didn’t even get handled properly. This means that the transmission might have been covered. The one bright spot is Ryan. He has tried.
