Just got a few parts repaired and everyone was so nice, very communicative, and they did a great job with the repairs. Went above and beyond and detailed / cleaned the inside of the cabin.
Did a horrible job on my 2023 Tundra. My bumper was not attached, and the paint job feels like they painted over an orange peel. How dare they hand give me my truck in this condition!
This is specifically my experience with the collision center. I’ve had GREAT service with both service and sales. Took my car in for an estimate (3/28) after I got rear ended. I was told I’d get my estimate the next day, however, did not receive it until 4/5. I had to call and was told the estimate was sent to the wrong email.
