ED KOEHN SALESMAN SCREWED US OVER HARD. We went in to see if we could upgrade to a truck that could haul more than our Navigator could (which towed 8500#) and they talked us into the Ford F150 with Ecoboost because it could haul 11,300 lbs. We traded in our Navigator that we owed free and clear. Come to find out about a year later when going to purchase a travel trailer that truck we were talked into didn't have the MAX trailer package and we could only haul 7300#!!! JOHN DECKER CHEVROLET REPAIRED MY 2006 CHEVROLET UPLANDER AND IT WAS DONE PERFECTLY. WE COULD NOT TELL THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AFTER IT WAS COMPLETED AND IT WAS DETAILED NICELY (WHICH WE DID NOT EXPECT). COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE REPAIR PROCESS WAS FANTASTIC!
