Every time I need help or have to change and update my policies they are very responsive. Both Tamika and Andrea. They are the very reason we stay with them as State Farm’s rates seem high? But Customer Service is the best.

I have had renters and full auto coverage through State Farm, agent Ed Kingsbury, for many years. My daughter recently purchased a car and I needed to add her to my policy. Tamika helped me along the way and got the policy that best suits my daughter’s vehicle. I can not thank you enough for being so kind, patient and helpful
Tameka has been an outstanding rep to work with - assisting mutual clients in their Medicare needs. She is knowledgeable about the State Farm Supplemental products, is always available to answer questions, and does so with a tremendously positive attitude! The other staff I have interacted with via phone have always been pleasant and friendly and willing to help when they can!
