False advertising!! After waiting 45 minutes for someone to even notice us, I had to start to leave before anyone came out to help. Ended up wasting 2 hours and not getting a car.
I want to thank Nissan Service Center for having such a great staff! Visiting from Nashville and it was time for an oil change. Thanks to Matthew and Juan and others for making our experience pleasant. We ended up changing our air filter and replacing our windshield wipers while there. We're heading back to Nashville this stormy day and am so thankful we serviced our wipers! I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle there!

I have had the best experience with Ed Hicks than any other dealership I've ever purchased from. Willie is amazing! In '08 he leased me an Xterra and in 2011 sold me my '11 Rogue. In almost 7 years he has kept in touch and asked how my vehicle was or just to ask how I was doing and even on holidays sending out a quick text.
