Kaitlyn Murphy helped my son with his remote search for a Cambridge condominium. He is relocating from California and relied on Kaitlyn to scope out each potential property and provide a video walk through. Ed was absolutely wonderful at handling the sale of our home. He was very responsive, attentive to details, and provided great advice throughout that made the process a lot more manageable. Would strongly recommend working with him & we will absolutely work with him again in the future!
I worked with Ed on a buyout market analysis for a house in Somerville. Ed was so easy to work with and is very likeable. His analysis was very thorough and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the surrounding community. He had a quick turnaround and a presentation that was so easy to read and clean, quite unlike what one typically sees in a bank appraisal. I highly recommend him and would gladly work with Ed in the future.
