I worked with Ed on a buyout market analysis for a house in Somerville. Ed was so easy to work with and is very likeable. His analysis was very thorough and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the surrounding community. He had a quick turnaround and a presentation that was so easy to read and clean, quite unlike what one typically sees in a bank appraisal.
