It's unfortunate. She was a valued customer. It??s unfortunate when these rare customer issues arise, but after reading this review we thought it would be wise to make a few corrections. First off we did finish the job. We repaired their boiler. The water heater in mention was additional work, which we didn??t feel comfortable doing after the very derogatory racial slur directed at our employee. We had to choose between her and our employee.
