He was extremely responsive and had a lot of ideas and contacts if I needed recommendations on local contractors or businesses, but felt he was more worried about closing the deal than getting me top dollar. Overall, I'm pleased.

I had a rental home to sell and interviewed 5 or so realtors the same day. Ed showed up prepared with comparable home sales in the area and a suggested a sales price and strategy. In order to get the sale price i wanted, painting, flooring, cleaning and some renovating was necessary. Ed provided contact info of contractors and suppliers when needed and followed up as to the progress. When the property went on the market it sold quickly for full asking price. Ed's suggested price & strategy were spot on.
It took much longer to sell our home than Ed or we ever expected. However, We stuck with Ed and he with us and we got it done. Ed was very helpful along the way, suggesting service people and options as we improved our home and looked for a new place. We didn't always agree on things but we appreciated his input and knowledge of the business. We continue to work with Ed and we would recommend Ed to others.
Ed made the process of buying our home incredibly easy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him as he was a pleasure to work with.
Ed was very helpful with a unique property that we were selling, we had a home with acreage to sell, and were becoming frustrated with the feedback. He helped us with staging suggestions. He then was awesome in helping us find a great home that we love so much.
