These guy really do work hard and do everything in their power to make any situation a good one. What people have to understand is that you can't please everyone. But their service is outstanding and their sales is top notch.
I just had my 2006 Chevrolet Impala serviced through Greg on Thursday last week. I'm super excited to have my car running like new again!!! Greg is not only very professional but also informative, communicative, and understanding of all of your needs. I recommend Ed Bozarth Chevrolet to everyone!!!
Called the Service dept. 3 weeks ago for recall work. They didn't have the parts were expecting them in 2 days and would call me back to schedule. Nothing for 3 weeks now. No customer service at all! Will not go here for service or to buy a car. They do not care about prompt, good customer service. Another dealership will. Thanks for nothing!
I give up. My Camaro has been there since 3/3/16. It was supposed to be done in a day. A service dept guy ran over one of my car parts and so they arranged for a rental car for me. No follow up. I complained and the service guy called 2 days ago and said it would be done 3/17/16. That was yesterday and .....crickets. They are very polite but when it comes to action and actual customer service, it's just not there.
If your friends with Kent Bozarth you'll get royal treatment if you're not you're just another sale to them I have seen them literally push off other people's car deals just so his friends could be put through first anytime one of his friends come in they are priority number one nobody else matters
Worse experience I have ever encountered with sales of a pre owned vehicle!!! Unprofessional and down right dishonest and all you will get is "sorry for the miscommunication"! Please don't buy a car here when there are other honest dealers out there.

In the purchase of our new 2500HD Chevy long box LTZ. Our experience with sales associate Brian Stanker was great. He found us the truck we were looking for since September with in days.
