RecommendedGreat staff, excellent service. Everyone is professional.
ER Dept was horrible! Only took 17 hrs to finally get admitted. Sat with my brother for 6 hrs in the ER and his nurse never once came in!!!! I will say after he got admitted and went to the 3rd floor , they were wonderful.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOSPITAL THERE VERY RUDE AND UPNOXIOUS! THEY SAY THERE MISSION STATEMENT IS COMPASSION TAKE THAT DOWN THAT'S A LIE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONES DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU INFO ON YOUR FAMILY THEY GIVE YOU BITS A PIECES. THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD PATIENT CARE!
I would like to say I was NEVER rude. I don't work there, so asking questions and asking to speak to a supervisor is being rude because of things I didn't understand? WOW, that's very insulting to know that someone who doesn't WORK there. I had just spoke to the supervisor, social worker and the nurse on duty, this morning and nobody to me I was being rude. Just WOW. 🤔🤔🤔 I guess if you CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT YOUR FAMILY, that's being rude, pardon me, I didn't know that.

I went in with my daughter today at 1 pm and she never got called back until 9:15 pm. She went in due to a fall at work and she is 7.5 weeks pregnant. This is about the sorriest ED I have ever been in.
