Alejo and his company were even better than expected! They were knowledgeable, personable, and articulate about what they were going to do, where, why and when. He gave us more than he proposed, arrived spot on-time and finished ahead of scheduled. He does what he says he will do and at the price proposed. What more could anyone expect? I hope to continue doing business with him and EcoWave.
We recently installed heat pumps in 2 floors of a 3 story building. It's an unusual setup because technically the two floors are different parcels, but they worked with us and got it done. They helped us with the MassSave process. It's not necessary a straightforward process (and I messed it up a little bit), but we got that loan secured. I'm still waiting on the rebate part, but that's just a waiting game now. The heat pumps are working great and they look nice too. Overall I'd recommend them over the big company in town.

We had a 'whole house' hear pump system installed and couldn't be happier with it. The contractors were all courteous and competent, and their work was explained to us clearly and don't very neatly. The project happened on schedule and too budget.
We had such a seamless installation of new heat pump and ductwork done to our home by Ecowave. Every team that came into the house to complete their piece of the process were incredibly friendly and extremely efficient. I would recommend Ecowave to anyone looking for upgrades to your HVAC. We met with multiple companies and Ecowave was the best to work with from cost, friendliness, and efficiency perspectives.
