We had a 'whole house' hear pump system installed and couldn't be happier with it. The contractors were all courteous and competent, and their work was explained to us clearly and don't very neatly. The project happened on schedule and too budget.
We had such a seamless installation of new heat pump and ductwork done to our home by Ecowave. Every team that came into the house to complete their piece of the process were incredibly friendly and extremely efficient. I would recommend Ecowave to anyone looking for upgrades to your HVAC. We met with multiple companies and Ecowave was the best to work with from cost, friendliness, and efficiency perspectives.
The mini split installation process has many steps, especially if you are getting a heat loan and rebate, but EcoWave walked us through the entire process making it easy. Alejo did a great job of explaining each step and would check in with me to make sure the process was seamless. Alejo Maqueda and his crew from ECOWAVE were amazing partners from the early design stages of the project, through execution, and after the project was completed. They worked incredibly hard, came up with innovative solutions to install the system in my quirky old house, and problem-solved as they went along (how to install a minisplit b/t two doors w/o an outside wall, how to position the drainage pipes inside the house, how to fix a water pipe that was leaking in the basement.)
