It has been a delight working with Alejo and his Ecowave team. They are knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, and do great work. Alejo was helpful and patient taking us through the process of designing the heat pump system and developing the quote. We are glad that we went with a smaller company and feel as if we received careful attention throughout the project. We look forward to working with Ecowave for maintenance and service of the equipment and feel confident that we will get the same level of attention.
For anyone looking to have heat pumps installed, I highly recommend Ecowave for the job. Alejo walked me through the rebate process with MassSave and getting a zero percent heat loan. He was always available to answer my questions and the entire crew was polite, clean and obviously well trained. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
Five stars! The team did an excellent job installing my heat pump. They went the extra mile, paid close attention to every detail, and were fantastic communicators throughout. Highly recommend!
We used EcowaveUS recently to install a mini split heat/AC system in the new location of our printing shop. Great service and price and very knowledgable about the technology and equipment they install. I cannot say enough how easy it was to work with Alejo and his team. I would recomend you speak to them if you are considering heat pumps, or any of the services they provide. 5 stars for sure !!!
