They process and take care of customers quickly and are very friendly.
We had an old personally purchased unit. The new Quality Water unit made all the difference! Dishes feel cleaner, shower feels better! Thanks so much!!!
The people who were here for an evaluation of our needs were very nice and helpful. The men who came to do the installation were very kind and respectful of our property and home. Cleaned up after the work was completed and made sure we were pleased with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who has or plans to do any repairs or changes to their water system.
terrible company. you are being ROBBED by renting from this company. previous owner of my house was renting from here. i bought the home and got a bill. long story short, called and asked for a buy out. they quoted around $500. a new water softener is $800. got on the phone and talked to the owner and explained that he was asking me to owe more than what the water softner is worth. previous owner paid into for 5 years. owner starts arguing with me on the phone. mentions how i had salt delievered for $150. told him that the p... read more
