Jackie from Ecoverde Cleaning did an absolutely amazing job. Our house was left spotless, fresh, and cared for with real attention to detail. She was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in her work. Every room looked fantastic and even the little details were handled perfectly. We were so impressed with the quality of her cleaning and how respectful she was of our space. Jackie truly went above and beyond, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Highly recommend her and Ecoverde Cleaning!
I have been sick and didn't have the energy to clean. Glenda H., cleaner, did a wonderful job on deep cleaning my bathroom and cleaning my house. It was easy to make an appointment, and the Glenda was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.
Ecoverde consistently does a great job in my home. Maria Gil is particularly diligent, efficient, and helpful (like even helping me find space in cabinets to store things rather than leaving them on my floor so that my space looks more orderly. Thank you, Ecoverde, for five star service!
Poor job, didn't clean the oven professionally cabinets not touched, refused to come back and just wanted to haggle. Had to hire another cleaning team. Wow as you see from the response they won't accept responsibility for the poor job. See pictures. So that's what they think "clean" is. Second team had no problem cleaning to standard, and the property manager also agreed. For anyone moving do not hire these people you will have to pay twice.
We were very displeased with the service we received from Ecoverde and will not use them again. They texted us a question while their cleaner was in the house; we responded immediately, and they never replied. As a result, they did not clean the first level of our home, because they wanted to charge extra for a “basement.” A basement is underground — ours is not.
