i scheduled Ecotone days in advance. The night before our 10:30 morning appointment he called to reschedule. I couldn't reschedule since i had people to come out to take my 94 yr old mother away for a couple of hrs during the spraying ( she has MCS and coulkd go into Anaphilactic shock . he said he had this commercial account he always does at that time and couldn't let them down. he should have known his oun schedue before committing to our appointment .Lying to and Inconviencing customers to give priority to higher paying ... read more

We had a neighbor down the street move out and then construction began. Suddenly we had rats on our property. The rats were actually climbing the telephone poles and running down the wires to begin migrating to our house and other neighbors. We called Ben at Ecotone and it was all handled quickly and inexpensively. We have a few dogs so we were concerned about poison and other harsh things.
