Purchase: 2 basement well windows Sales person was great. Scheduling was a pain, communication from the scheduler was poor where we were reaching out to confirm. The process itself was lengthy from end of February to end of May. Installers were messy and left a razor blade on our floor. Thankfully my husband found it before a dog or baby got to it. This company refused to assess my home because my husband was not going to be able to come to the meeting even though I assured them I was able and capable of moving forward on our project on my own.
