We ordered a front door and patio door-from Eco Tech Windows and Doors. We were well informed and our sales representative explained everything that would be done and he delivered . The price was fair and we didn’t wait long for our custom doors to arrive. The gentleman who came to install the doors was very polite and pleasant to deal with , he arrived in the morning stayed focused on his task and completed the job from A-Z , trim caulking, capping and cleaned up. Very difficult company to deal with. Do not recommend applying for their payment plan it will multiple times hit your credit check. After install there was a fair size gap I could see right outside they damaged my new trim. Spray foam that I couldn't remove on the driveway. The rear door fills with condensation between the glass. Twice I scheduled repairs with no shows. Finally they did come clean the mess and fix door and trim 4 months later... both are now brand new entrance ways that required to be slammed to make the doo... read more
