The plants are well kept, and beautiful. I bought a beautiful healthy hoya. However, I went there for a particular snake plant that is supposed to be in stock according to the site. It wasn't. They called the other store, and it is not there. I asked, how will I know if it is there. I was told to check online.
The flowers themselves were beautiful and fresh, but the picture on the homepage was misleading. We ordered 10 ranunculus and expected that there would be some other flowers mixed in, as they were in the picture, not just a few green leaves extra. The price feels very high for just 10 stems.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear there’s a recurring issue with customer service at EcoStems. My partner and I had an extremely disappointing experience while shopping for Mother’s Day flowers yesterday. Due to the limited supply, we selected a bouquet that was available and brought it to the counter. Owners are extremely rude, and flowers are consistently overpriced and in poor quality. I always try to support local and don’t mind paying higher prices to keep a neighborly business running, but as several other reviews have pointed out, the owners and staff are not worth supporting. If you want to buy flowers for any occasion, I’d recommend checking out literally any other place in the neighbourhood. They do not deserve your business. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Recently, ordered a beautiful orchid. Would highly recommend purchasing from this eco flower shop.
