Chris Brown was absolutely outstanding! I had to call back to have my service redone because I wasn’t satisfied with the first technician’s work, and I’m so glad Chris was the one who came out. Sterling was very informative of the treatment process including goals and what to expect moving forward. He was respectful to my home with foot coverings and cleaned up all messes from the service. He was patient in answering my questions and did not apply any predatory pressure on things I was skeptical about. He simply gave me options, asked what was important to me and remained professional his entire appointment. He bridged the gap between the initial sales interaction and the actual service, and honestly his clear comm... read more

We have been using Ecostar’s services, and while every technician has done a good job, the one who was here most recently, Deventchey, truly stood out. He is kind, professional, and provided a level of service that was genuinely exceptional, unlike anything I have experienced before. He took his time to carefully inspect every corner of the house, ensuring it was thoroughly cleaned and free of spider webs, wasp nests, and other insects. His commitment went above and beyond in every aspect of his work. I am deeply grateful fo... read more
