So we just switched over from White Knight to eco pest bc unfortunately after a few years the other companys service workers were always in such a rush that lots of things were being missed. Sterling from EcoStar Pest Control came to our home today and provided excellent service. He clearly explained everything in detail and patiently listened to all of our concerns. He took the time to address each issue thoroughly and made sure we understood the treatment plan and recommendations. Sterling was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. Sterling was very informative of the treatment process including goals and what to expect moving forward. He was respectful to my home with foot coverings and cleaned up all messes from the service. He was patient in answering my questions and did not apply any predatory pressure on things I was skeptical about. It was great to finally have Eco Star Pest control come out and serve our home not only for all the wonderful little ants and taking care of our wife and treating our yard for fleas and ticks, but Joe are exterminator was amazing by making sure that the mice issue was taken care of as well. He was great friendly. I enjoyed his customer. Service was great. It was just an all-around great experience.
