He’s always punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough in his inspections and treatments. Ivan consistently goes above and beyond to explain his process, answer any questions, and ensure our home is well protected. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly set him apart. We feel very fortunate to have someone as reliable and dedicated as Ivan taking care of our home.
Lei did a great job helping at our location and we request the company to schedule him only at our location whenever we have quarterly or any request we put regarding our comcerns and issues. He is so good in listening out what we are facing and hwlp accordingly. He did spray the chemical inside, outside, refilled rats posion boxes and spread extra granules for ants we are having in our backyard and frontyard. He is so polite, gives enough time and does his job so perfectly. Please send him only at out place. Thanks
