Paid for expedited shipping, it's a christmas gift. Hooray. ?? they shipped my package ground instead to save a ***** assuming I'd still get my order on time. Sadly for me, it is arriving after christmas and they won't do anything to ensure my mom's Christmas gift is here on time. Instead I'm welcomed to refuse delivery of the package. I can't get this item elsewhere. Way to put me to the wall. I have zero options as the consumer here.

Order appeared on my credit card as pending and it then was billed at 1.03pm today but no email arrived confirming the order. **************** initially said this was because they were still "verifying" my card. Asked me endless "verification" questions. Today customer service said there was a "processing" delay. Assured me card not billed. Said I would get an email today confirming order. No email still. Terrible!Its been almost 3 weeks, no shipment! When I reached out to them, they said it hadnt even been shipped yet. I have cancelled my order, waiting for a refund, well see. I really want to line this company, but 3 weeks is a long time to deliver what was promised to ship in 3 days!Id stay away from this company. Go to *******, more reliable & convenient!!!!

Bought and received a genuine ************** Parfum for less than retail! Shipping was fast and customer service and packaging was great.
I placed an order for an item that cost $210. I received the order, and it wasn't what I ordered. I reached out to them and they said it was a listing error and sent me a return label. I promptly mailed the incorrect item back. It has been received by them. They're telling me it will take up to two weeks to get my money back for a mistake they made. Nope! Credit card dispute filed. Do not deal with this company. They are unethical and scammy.

Dishonest company with very duplicitous advertising . I get repeated emails with offers of $20 dollars off or sometimes 20% or 25% off . Now these are not generic ads , these show a specific product they even include a photo of the product. Then if you click on the link to take advantage of the offer , they will very subtly change the offer to 10% .
