I received what appears to be a fake product from eCosmetics. I have tried multiple times to get a return label via email (multiple emails addresses provided) and even by mail which they claim they have sent but it never gets delivered. This seems to be deliberate as they will not give a refund until they receive the product.Funny that their products and order confirmation emails get delivered without a hitch but it is impossible to get a return label through the very same channels.I have tried over a month already to resolv... read more

Same here. There is NO indication that any item you order is a pre-order. They're basic drop shippers that give the illusion of being an online retailer. The soft soap emails promise results in the future that never happen. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I placed an order but was unable to locate it under my orders through my account. When I talked to customer support they advised that both items were pre-orders and would be delayed. With this being the case I asked to cancel the order due to the timeline and was told pre-orders are not able to be canceled. I checked the cancellation policy on their website and found nothing discussing the inability to cancel for preorder items. Do not order Expedited delivery service! It is a Scam! I paid ***** for my product to be expedited... And it took 7 days for my product to be sent to my home! This company is a Scam and be careful with them! They need to be investigated from the ***! I don't like people taking my money and not giving me assurance. But.... What goes up, must come down! Ordered a Chanel eyeshadow quad I have used for years. I have always bought from a department store in the past. The quality of the product I recieved from cosmetics leads me to believe that it is really very old or not authentic. The pigment of the eyeshadows was very low, not at all what I have bought and used from the ****** counter at department stores. I guess you get what you pay for ?? Ordered a Chanel eyeshadow quad I have used for years. I have always bought from a department store in the past. The quality of the product I recieved from cosmetics leads me to believe that it is really very old or not authentic. I received an email with an offer for two free gifts with purchase. One of them was a hair product which I wanted to try. I placed the order and when I received it there was no hair product. Instead it was replaced with a scalp massager. **************** basically said we offer two free gifts, you got two. Case closed. Here's a $10 credit. Scam. I think theyre just trying to get your credit card information and then theyre gonna charge you for stuff later. I placed an order first they told me it was declined due to insufficient funds. Which was not the case they had charged me. Then they said oh it was canceled because it was the incorrect address. Im gonna change my card number.
