Same here. There is NO indication that any item you order is a pre-order. They're basic drop shippers that give the illusion of being an online retailer. I placed an order but was unable to locate it under my orders through my account. When I talked to customer support they advised that both items were pre-orders and would be delayed. With this being the case I asked to cancel the order due to the timeline and was told pre-orders are not able to be canceled. I checked the cancellation policy on their website and found nothing discussing the inability to cancel for preorder items. Do not order Expedited delivery service! It is a Scam! I paid ***** for my product to be expedited... And it took 7 days for my product to be sent to my home! Ordered a Chanel eyeshadow quad I have used for years. I have always bought from a department store in the past. The quality of the product I recieved from cosmetics leads me to believe that it is really very old or not authentic. The pigment of the eyeshadows was very low, not at all what I have bought and used from the ****** counter at department stores. I guess you get what you pay for ?? I received an email with an offer for two free gifts with purchase. One of them was a hair product which I wanted to try. I placed the order and when I received it there was no hair product. Instead it was replaced with a scalp massager. **************** basically said we offer two free gifts, you got two. Case closed. Here's a $10 credit. Scam. I think theyre just trying to get your credit card information and then theyre gonna charge you for stuff later. I placed an order first they told me it was declined due to insufficient funds. Which was not the case they had charged me. Then they said oh it was canceled because it was the incorrect address. Im gonna change my card number.

Terrible customer service. After waiting a long time, I received my package with only 2 free gifts and not that eye liner I paid for so I emailed and was told they reviewed the videos and the package was packed and shipped properly but refused to furnish me with a copy of that video to see myself. They refused to give me a one time courtesy of a replacement for the item I paid for and did not receive. I even sent pictures or the items and packaging, so I will not be purchasing from this site ever again

This company is not credible. They canceled my order 3 times telling me they couldn't verify my account information. I made multiple calls to ***************** and they were of no help. This company is not trustworthy and/or reliable.
