Their salespeople used deceptive tactics, claiming their rates were cheaper than my previous provider when they actually cost significantly more. Repairs on ductwork insulation have failed. Substandard work. Left dead rotting rat in my garbage can, had to wash garbage can. Rat problem is getting worse. Installed vapor barrier in crawl space without plugging the tunnels rats had dug into crawl space.Â
