A few weeks ago, Munz, who claimed to be a Route Manager, came to my door selling their services. I had a long conversation with him, and to help convince me they would stand behind their work and be responsive to our pest control needs, he gave me his personal cell number that I "could text if I had any issues and he would have someone out within a day to resolve it." I originally signed up with EcoShield because my primary concern was vole mitigation. I was very clear about that during the sales process, and bait boxes were installed as part of the service. After the spring snow melt, it became obvious that our yard had suffered extensive vole damage. I spent months trying to get assistance from EcoShield. DONT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! They are dishonest. I said I didn’t want to make monthly payments MORE THAN ONCE and paid in full for the full year. THEY KEEP TAKING PAYMENTS! They also killed my grass.

Eco shield pest solution was a big waist of money, especially the “cancellation fee” that was never mentioned at the time of the contract $275.72 This fee is just ridiculous, for a very poor performance and with “0” results… I will schedule a visit to the “Chambers of Commerce” to address this “rip-off”. So $139.38 was the initial fee Plus $275.72 comes to a total of $415.10 of money going away from my account.
