RecommendedJoseph Montano was on time, quick, efficient and very professional.
Charged for a visit they never showed up for, took over a week to reach them about it after leaving multiple messages, emailing and calling. They did not seem concerned, finally after Being bounced from supervisor to supervisor they agreed to refund me and cancel my account and said it would take 48 hours. It’s been two extra weeks 2 more phone calls, 3 more emails and them saying it would happen and I have yet to be refunded! After reading other reviews this seems to be common with this company! Stay away!

They sign a contract in my name without my approval, notice or consent. Then, I called them and they just say sorry. What kind of company fraud paper and then just say sorry? I’m still waiting for them to contact me to explain why they did that
I was charged for a service while I was at work... took pics when I got home and there was a hornets nest and cob webs all over the front of my home! Also my backyard gate was locked and my dogs were out so the backyard was never sprayed or swept, yet I was charged the full amount for work that was never completed! It's a scam and a ripoff! Don't trust them and don't use them! I will be reporting this company to the HOA and the community Facebook page! Losers for sure!
