I was notified that a service was set up at my address with only a 24 hour notice and was asked to give a 24 hour notice if needed a different date. Ummm, you see the issue here. And, appointment notifications have been going out at 5 pm as they are closing so you can not get ahold of anyone. Originally spoke with Dillion. He was friendly and informative and explain everything to our satisfaction. Today, Pierre came and applied the applications. He also was very polite and informative. This people is an absolutely scam company, when comes to their service and costumer service is even worse!!! They knocked on my door, promise there was no contracts, no fee for cancellation and when I called and texted to cancel not only no one was available to help me they kept charging on my credit card without my authorization after I spoken with someone!!!

Just be sure you actually read the contract and don't take anything they "say" literally! Do not sign until you know what you're signing up for.

Eco-shield-DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!-After my completed service on 06/20/24, 30 minutes later, another company in my neighborhood knocked on my door. I said Ecoshield just left. He said that Eco-shields reputation is they only say they do the job, and then bill you. I was still mad at the eco-shield guy who had just left because he never gave me ant traps I had asked for. This company is absolute garbage. I had a door-to-door salesman show up to my house, he claimed that one of my neighbors had called because of a rat/rodent issue in the neighborhood so they would be offering rat/rodent removal to the whole block at a discounted rate this week. I said sure, better to be proactive and especially if there's a discount. The salesman then signed me up for a monthly or bi-monthly spider/pest spray service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! By the time you read this, it will probably be too late. You will have probably fallen for the sales pitch and signed a contract. I signed up for the pest control service to eliminate wasps. The sales woman guaranteed they would solve my problem. I signed the contract on her iPad which I couldn't read in the sun, but I took her word for it. She took my credit card and off she went.
