Isaiah Taosoga, was polite, professional and thorough. He definitely deserves a raise.
I’ve used ecoshield over the last year and I saw no improvement on the pests over the 5 treatments plus touch ups. The guys who come to spray are beyond nice and professional. This is the only positive thing I have to say about this company. Besides the fact that the product did not work, it was pricey, I was locked in to a year long contract. After that one year I wrote 3 emails trying to cancel my account. They then proceeded to ignore these emails and instead schedule another touchup. I finally called and it took over 40 ... read more
Scam scam scam. They will lie to you at the door and lock you in. Do not believe there salesman. Follow up: I emailed “jay” and he doubled down on even after I presented proof against of the scam. Seriously, do not deal with this company.
Great company, great service. I had a really huge wasp issue. Everyone in my family got stung in one day. That's when I new I had to call someone. Then, like a prayer answered from above, an EcoShield rep just happens to stop by. Like, literally within the minute The rep talked me through everything.
