Lexi's customer service is awesome.
Sounds like several people have had a sales guy come to their door and say “they’re already in the neiborhood helping out a neighbor”. They make promises of a big free home and that is not the case. I was promised three treatments with the sales rep and 1x payment then I tried to cancel after the first payment and they told me no it’s 3 payments. Matthew, the salesman, came to our door at about 1 PM it was (I thought at the time) a very clear and concise offer, so I signed up. I know now that there is a $250 early cancellation fee. Johnny Chaves was my EchoShield tech. He did a great job, Very professional and efficient! Johnny came by at three pm on the same day and did the job.
