Don’t use eco-shield. It is a rip off. I had preventative which included lawn care. I was sodding my front yard when the pushy eco shield salesman was able to convince me to switch over. He said that Ecoshield was the same provided the same services as preventative, even though it cost more but It was better. He said Ecoshield would provide every service that preventative did but would do it much better and was guaranteed. I appreciated the service we'd had with Eco Shield in the past but I am dropping from 5 stars to 2 because of how ridiculously hard they made it for me to cancel service. I shouldn't have to be pressured 7 different times not to cancel. I know we live in a capitalistic culture but come on, that's excessive. For this reason, we will not use Eco Shield in the future.

I would give it a zero or a negative if I could. After my experience, I'm convinced the "eco" in EcoShield stands for "Ego-driven con artist." The salesperson at my door was a walking red flag, but I naively ignored my instincts. He promised the world: a bug-free home, a special deal because he was "in the neighborhood," It was all a lie.
