Worst service you can image. Starting off with the Sale rep lying about payments just to sale you their service. Got a call from Jeff and voiced my concern about how they don't do anything they say. I just killed a rat the site of a cat in my attic. Spiders are constantly all over my house. Cob webs are never cleaned, I have any hills through out the front and backyard. Jonathan was very kind and knowledgeable about the products and services. He knew just what to use and where. My ant problem is very quickly subsiding. He's an excellent representative for EcoShield. I recommend this service to my friends and neighbors.
Had issues with leaves that had been sprayed looking burnt or brown - dogs vomiting - baby bird dying on lawn after treatment - called the company and was told I was in a contract and couldn’t cancel service. Balance of contract due in full. Received a collection notice today! I am a business owner - I generally only praise people and businesses doing it right but this is a case of buyer beware!
Chris is so knowledgeable and he is really concerned about people’s needs when it comes to pests!
We were new to the area, but the Eco Shield tech was familiar with the pest needs here. Chris listened to my concerns about protecting the pollinators and beneficial garden insects. We receive excellent pest control management, including mice and rats! So far so good - no ants in my kitchen, YAY! Chris is thoroughly knowledgeable in the variou products and always listens to my concerns. Eco Shield worked with me to suspend service during the pollinating season resulting in a cornucopia of vegetables in my garden this season!
Not sure why I can't give no star. This company locks you into a contract and make it very difficult to contact them, should you decide to stop service. I'm sure it is with intent.
They have done a good job of getting rid of all the creepy crawlys on our property ! We have been pleased with there service! Bugs and spiders are all gone :)
