Ignored my no soliciting sign right by the doorbell that I bought because people have been incessant with ringing my bell since the hailstorm.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The technician didn't do the entire house like the salesman had said. When I confronted him he said they only do it if the customer asks, so I asked him to do it. He proceeded upstairs but came back down right after and said he couldn't do it because things were on the wall. (My wife and I moved as much as we could away from the walls in preparation). Working with Brent Madsen has been incredible. Even though I was out of the country for over a week, he has kept consistent communications and been patient for me to get back with him. Very professional and genuine!
Will Stone of this company needs better training in morals. Betthoud recently was blasted with a hail storm and companies have been having a field day being vultures trying to get business for potential damage, including this company. On July 2nd, Will Stone decided to canvas the Farmstead Neighborhood. The EcoShield Exteriors team was very responsive and professional and went above and beyond expectations to work with our insurance company to get as much compensation for us as possible and allowable within our policy.
