Across the board, this business was great. Absolutely professional throughout the whole project. They kept me posted. They asked if I had any questions they genuinely and I mean, genuinely cared about my property and answering all my questions and keeping me updated. The prep work was Excellent and the cleanup was Very thorough. The workmanship Was great. I walked the property and everything just looked fabulous.
Overly aggressive "Quality Assurance Manager" came to give me his card (according to him) in case any debris from their work "flowed over to my yard". When asked, their work was not next door, it was "down the street". (It flowing into my yard from "down the street" seems unlikely, but maybe I'm wrong--judge for yourself.) I live in a rural area and after a hail storm was inundated with fly by nights. I called EcoShield on a recommendation from a friend. They showed up and did a thorough inspection and took care of dealing with the insurance company
They were very professional with all interactions. They never pressured for any business and were willing to provide details of the work that needed to be done. Our project involved several different disciplines and all aspects were done professionally. They worked with us and interfaced with our insurance carrier to provide required documentation.
