When installing a new roof, EcoShield is top notch!! Derrick's team inspected our roof and dealt firsthand with our insurance company. John came out and guided us through the process of selecting our new roof. Laura contacted us and informed us of what to expect during installation. DONT DO IT!!!! The people they send out don’t clean anything, their service is a scam, and they charge WAY too much. There is a termination fee as well.
Working with Ecoshield Exteriors was awesome. The team at Ecoshield is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Dan Howard, Jordyn Foos and Reese Graves are the best! They worked directly with our insurance company and did a great job of fighting for what we needed. I wouldn’t have a new roof without their help. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.
We had a fantastic experience with Ecoshield Exteriors. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with to get our roof and gutters replaced. From beginning to end the process was seamless. The team at Ecoshield is very knowledgeable and professional with excellent communication that put us at ease throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone that asks.
They helped me with two properties now and did an excellent job with communication, coordination, and getting me the most possible from insurance to make it all happen. Thank you ecoshield!
