Ecoshield, by far, was the easiest and best post-storm roofing, window, garage door, etc. company I’ve ever used. Thorough and extremely professional. Jordyn, my project coordinator, dealt with the insurance company and kept us informed of all project timelines. So easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all homeowner insurance claims!
Ecoshield did an amazing job for us. From the sales person, Dan, who knocked on our door to offer a free inspection, Kendra, who worked tirelessly with our insurance, and Jordan, who kept us up to date on every step of the process. They made sure to squeeze out every dollar from my insurance company. They instructed us on what to look for in our next insurance policy. Even paying them was seamless. Everyone was so friendly and competent. I will call them next time we are in need of work on our hone.
An initial inspection of my roof showed extensive hail damage. Ecoshield contacted my insurance company and got everything fixed. It was a long process, but I always knew what was happening. They eventually replaced the roof, a skylight, a sun tunnel, gutters and downspouts. I reported a problem with the sun tunnel and it was fixed the next day. My copay ended up being one-quarter what I expected. All staff were polite and professional.
EcoShield performed great work, and made it easy on me, treated me fairly with a difficult insurance claim and repairs. I feel like they fought for me, and provided great work and service and communication through every step.
EcoShield did a great job on our roof, gutters and siding. They were especially helpful in dealing with our insurance company. The roof and gutters were fully covered and EcoShield did the work in a single day. For the siding the insurance only wanted to do a partial replacement, which would have looked terrible. EcoShield stayed on the case for months, dealing with continually changing adjusters who wouldn't return calls and insisted our old siding was still being made when it wasn't.
