Bought a Husqvarna 415x from Lowe's, out of the box it didn't turn on. I called Husqvarna who refered me to EcoQuip. Jared called me and we went through some trouble shooting and determined that the battery was either completely dead or needed to be replaced. This was straight out of the box.
