CONTACT BY PHONE IS A WASTE. YOU GET PLACED ON HOLD THEN THE PHONE DISCONNECTS. STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER INVOICE SINCE MARCH. CHATS ARE IGNORED AFTER THEY GET TIRED OF ANSWERING
By not lying to their customers and getting their orders out in a timely manner. their customer service is awful and you can't get a hold of anyone by phone.
