We had previously used their service in 2016 to spot treat termites within our home. At that time we had a pleasant experience, so when we saw more signs of termites near the initial site we reached out to them to come back out and see what our options were for treatment. These guys are the absolute best! Always so friendly and professional. We've had them come and spray once a quarter since we moved into our new home (2 1/2 years). When other neighbors had problems with box elder bugs or caterpillars all over their homes, we didn't have an issue! The one time last summer wasps tried to build a nest on our house, they came over and took care of it no problem! Max came out to my residence about 2 months ago to spray for wasps/hornets and ants. His customer service was top notch, and he took the time to explain what he was spraying and how it would work. He even went to my neighbors to let them know he was spraying so they could be aware of any wind carried overspray. He went above and beyond taking care to spray the baseboards inside.
Love these guys they show up fast and do a great job.
Max came out to my house to help me get rid of a few mice. He was on time and did a great job! He walked me through the process telling me what to look for and how to prevent and eradicate them in the future. Awesome experience! I highly recommend EcoPro.
EcoPro Pest Control staff are pleasant, well-trained, explain their treatments well and treat their customers well. When I have someone come spray my home for bugs inside and out, I want to feel confident in the product being applied and the people applying it. I really like not having to worry about bugs and I'm glad to now have someone I can count on year after year to take care of this for me.
