I had a trash experience at this place. I was lied to and given the run around the whole time. It began with me needing two tires, then they told me to come the next day and they will have it, mind you I'm traveling from Middletown 35-40 min away. When I got there the guy said "oh I thought we had it we won't have it until tomorrow." Absolutely terrible customer service! Went online and got a quote for 4 Yokohama tires, next morning I get a call from the manager in Oxford about the quote but tell him that I actually live in Naugatuck and he says “no worries I’ll send the work order over to them and they will be in touch.” Next day goes by and I don’t hear anything from them so I decide to call myself! I had a bubble in my tire. I drove it over to Economy and they took care of it. Gave me a great price too for the new tires 10/10 would recommend!
Always a great experience! My tire size has been out of stock all over the State! Lou made sure to call around immediately to find them & got me in & out. They will never say no, always find a way & with urgency. Reliable, & A+ work. Highly recommend! Thank you again!
