Just started service with them since we have a new build and they came right away and provided a touch up visit in the same month so I would not have to wait 60 days between my monthly rotation. Great customer service and friendly staff! Thx!
I would highly recommend Economy to anyone. Been using them for a long time. Jeff is my go to guy and takes great care of my house and surroundings. If I have a problem, like ants, in between my monthly service, he’ll come right out to take care of it. Haven’t seen any black widows since using them and Jeff is great at answering any questions and providing solutions. So helpful and so pleasant, he’s like family as are any of the techs. I’m happy.
Matt is awesome! He's friendly, not spooked by barking dogs (mine), listens to my concerns, remembers issues and locations from prior visits, thoroughly explains his treatment plan and purpose, and shares his considerable knowledge about how to keep the outside critters from coming in. I have enjoyed working with him over the years, and I appreciate the opportunity to keep working with him!
Very professional and thorough technicians. Mitch has returned when there's a special need inside the house. I had an ant problem in the Spring. Mitch paid special attention to where they were entering the house. No more ant issues. Spiders were a summer problem, but he came and sprayed inside and out. Great customer service!
I called Economy Pest Control about noon today to say we had discovered 3 fairly large wasp nests on our house and covered patio. Brandon arrived at 3:30 to save the day! Thank you, Brandon, for always doing an excellent and thorough job!
